Our story began on a 4 hour bus ride back in 1995.

Decades later we’re still waxing lyrical about the power of design and exploring how to connect brands with consumers and customers in a more meaningful and sustainable way.

Ben Kaldor-Bull
Founder - Melbourne

Ben is an accomplished creative leader and passionate craftsman with a career spanning over two decades in retail design, exhibitions, and immersive brand experiences. He possesses an epithetic leadership style, a strategic design mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.

  • With a deep understanding of brand identity and consumer engagement, Ben brings unique perspectives to 3D branded environments. He consistently exceeds expectations, earning multiple awards for his exceptional work.

    Ben's leadership abilities shine through his track record of nurturing talent across multidisciplinary teams. He has successfully led designers, engineers, and contractors around the world, creating a positive work environment.

    With a strategic design mindset, Ben strikes a balance between client goals and proven shopper science. He consistently delivers outstanding results throughout the design process, with meticulous attention to detail.

    Having collaborated with renowned brands like Samsung, NBA, and ESPN, Ben played a key role in the growth of the start-up Blue Hive. He provided strategic design and sustainable build services for exhibition spaces.

    Returning to Australia in 2013, Ben refocused his passion for Retail Design. He successfully oversaw the design and delivery of entire stores for numerous brands. Ben's significant contributions can be seen in national retail rollouts for Optus and JB Hi-Fi, as well as prominent global events like the ITS World Congress and the 2018 ASEAN Summit.

Tom Shuttleworth
Founder - Singapore

Tom is a visionary business leader and passionate artist, known for his remarkable talent in building brands across digital and physical environments through innovative design and meticulous execution. With a deep understanding of consumer insights and the entire marketing ecosystem, he crafts impactful strategies that drive growth.

  • Over an impressive 25 year career, Tom has worked in various regions including Australia, Europe, the USA, and Asia. This diverse experience has exposed him to a wide range of environments, enriching his understanding of global cultures and business dynamics.

    Tom established a shopper strategy, design and manufacturing company in Melbourne, Australia which quickly became a market leader in premium display solution, attracting global giants like L'Oreal, Beiersdorf and Cadbury.

    Between 2009 and 2014 Tom led creative teams in prestigious London Design Agencies, where he crafted brand identities and developed innovative and sustainable packaging solutions for renowned companies such as Unilever, Diageo, and Samsung.

    Over the last decade Tom worked in-house as part of the global design leadership team at GSK (now Haleon), the world’s largest consumer healthcare company. There, he spearheaded brand experience strategy and design for prominent brands including Panadol, Sensodyne, and Voltaren.
